Our Comprehensive Treatment Approach

Our comprehensive treatment approach utilizes a strategic combination of physical, chemical, and biological processes to ensure the highest purity levels and absolute regulatory compliance. The process begins with Physico-Chemical Treatment, involving equalization, pH correction, and precise chemical dosing through coagulation and flocculation to remove color, odors, and suspended particles that standard biological systems cannot address alone. For industries with high organic loads, we implement Biological Oxidation using aerobic and anaerobic systems to break down complex biodegradable matter, significantly reducing COD and BOD levels.

To achieve superior water quality, our Advanced Tertiary Polishing integrates multi-grade sand filters, activated carbon adsorption, and ultrafiltration to eliminate remaining trace contaminants. Finally, for water-scarce regions or high-compliance zones, we offer Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) solutions, incorporating advanced Reverse Osmosis (RO) and evaporator systems to recover up to 95% of treated water for reuse in cooling towers or boilers.
